Ivor Hughes is a photographer widely published in the local, regional, national and international press. Most of his work is in Yorkshire although he has worked throughout UK and France.
He uses high end Nikon kit and portable Elinchrom studio lighting. Since January 2015 he has also been using Pentax 645Z medium format.
Ivor is a member of NUJ and SIMPP and registered with Nikon UK NPS. He has been accredited by sporting organisations such as RFL (UK) and ASO (France inc Tour de France). He has done location shoots at the filming of programmes such as BBC Antiques Roadshow and at numereous National Trust and other stately homes and museums in England and France. He carries £5M public liability insurance. His written work has been published extensively in art, antiques, lifestyle and Europhile magazines in UK, France, Australia/NZ and USA.
Ivor is of the firm belief that the most important ingredients at any shoot are the client and the subject - NOT the photographer.
